Shaped fluid or air line systems

We can also provide a 3D shape for our pipe sections. We shape the lines in accordance with your guidelines and specifications, so they fit perfectly. Our process engineering and know-how ensure that development proceeds quickly from the prototype via pre-production batch to series production.

The heat-set moulded hoses are also finished by printing, compression and chamfering so the fluid and air lines are ready for installation. The installation of connecting elements in our factory means that our pipes also form complete assemblies.

PIOFLEX pipes and hoses are used as brake, clutch, ventilation, air suspension, fuel and control lines in the automotive sector among others.
